Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Laborer to assist with various industrial and shop tasks. This role is essential in supporting our welders, machinists, and technicians in daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the shop and work areas
• Support welders, machinists, and technicians with tasks as needed
• Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided)
• Move and organize materials, tools, and parts
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a hazard-free work area
• Perform basic repairs and assist in equipment maintenance
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

✅ No experience necessary – we will train the right candidate

✅ Strong work ethic and reliability

✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

✅ Willingness to learn basic tool use and safety procedures

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial setting

✅ Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

✅ Valid driver’s license (preferred)
